VYI's FALL Flag Football Registration for Ages 5-6

Please use this form to sign-up for this year's program. We are excited about the opportunity to work with you to have a safe, fun and rewarding experience for your son or daughter.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though registration is due to close later in the Summer, we normally fill up very quickly and close far before that date. If you would like to get a spot sign up early. Field space and the number of coaches limit the total number of participants we can register.

Only use this form only if you are NOT registering for VYI Football or you have already registered for VYI Football and did NOT sign up for the camp when you registered. No equipment is required for this camp.

Please note that the option to register for the camp is normally selected by default in the standard registration. Please check your receipt before registering if you are unsure.

If you decide to register for Tackle Football after registering for the camp using this form, please be sure to un-select the option in the standard registration form.

All Coaches and staff that work with the kids must register and undergo a background check. Use this form to complete the code of conduct and general registration. At the end of this registration you will receive a confirmation email with the information to complete your background check.
